Ashley Odom
CEO and Founder
Ashley Odom is the founder and CEO of Keywell.ai. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare data science, she has held cross-industry technology roles at UnitedHealth Group, Optum, The Advisory Board Company, and Public Consulting Group. Her expertise lies at the intersection of data strategy, AI and advanced analytics, and healthcare policy, including payment reform and value-based payment models. She is passionate about leading data initiatives that impact lives and improve outcomes.
Madhu Jalan
Healthcare Product Consultant
Madhu is a technologist and entrepreneur with experience in digital health, behavioral health, and precision health analytics. She has led the development of several normative frameworks for the assessment of digital health solutions for organizations such as AHRQ and WHO as a Research Associate with Global mHealth Initiative, Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University. She has held leadership roles in strategy, product management, and engineering at high-growth companies.
Tom Fisk
Healthcare Data Strategy Consultant
Thomas Fisk (Tom) is a healthcare informatics expert who has spent his entire career in healthcare. Tom’s focus has been on providing systems that deliver high-value information to all levels of the healthcare ecosystem. He spent much of his career working at Mayo Clinic in a variety of roles, where he worked with leaders in healthcare to design, develop, and implement systems to improve healthcare delivery. Tom also spent 6 years in Indonesia where he led the digital transformation efforts for a private hospital system. He has held leadership roles in software development, product management, enterprise application architecture, data warehouse architecture, electronic content management, quality and safety improvement, and digital transformation.
Craig Calderone
Healthcare Technical Advisor
Craig Calderone came to Keywell.ai with over 15 years of product development experience at large and small technology companies. For the past 5 years, Craig was working on Within Health (acquired by Imagine Software in May 2023), a platform responsible for improving patient compliance to clinically relevant radiology recommendations by an average of 30%+ across clients. The product structured recommendations coming out of clinical notes and radiology reports using NLP technology to drive patient adherence through digital communications in the form of SMS, E-mail and EHR notifications. Craig has experience at small, and growth stage startups as well as publicly listed companies - including Leanplum, a mobile marketing automation company; Chartbeat, a real-time media analytics company; Techstars NYC startup accelerator program; and NASDAQ Corporate Solutions driving adoption of communication software to their publicly listed companies.

Jon Belsher is physician and executive with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. His journey includes leading a $200M healthcare company, advising the White House, serving on numerous boards of high-growth healthcare companies, and flying with the Arizona Air National Guard.

Robert Marion is a data architect consultant with over 30 years of experience in technical solutioning and management of SDLC and quality assurance processes in commercial industries, including healthcare informatics and public sector human services programs.
